Generate the System

Preliminary

Figure 3–13 shows your final SOPC Builder system.

Generate the System

After you verify that all the component names in your SOPC Builder system match

the component names in Figure 3–13, you are ready to generate your system.

To generate your system, on the System Generation tab, click the Generate button.

As shown in Figure 2–1 on page 2–2, SOPC Builder creates the following output

items:

■ HDL files for the components in your system

■ HDL files for the system interconnect to connect the components together
